Trainers are by profession Doctors and Certified in Coding and Billing.

• We teach Medical Coding and Billing/HIPAA in detail. Faculty is Triple Certified Coder and Biller, with live experience in US.
• Duration: 2-3 months
• Every student undergoes pretest before admission.
• Selected candidates undergoes training for 2-3 Months.
• Accuracy and Collections: We will focus on these.
• Medesun teaching system is Rigorous.
• Every candidate is screened before training classes
• AR work and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) will be taught in detail.
• Every student will practice on hundreds Medical Records and Claims

• Should pass the final exam with 75% score
• Should pass the HIPAA exam with 75% score
• We teach Ethics of Coding/Billing and Job ethics
• We don’t entertain irregular students
• Every student works atleast 4 hours per day during training (We provide online training also for each student)
• Every student complete a project work
• Projects are assigned based on the employer preference.

Example:
Mr. John completes the training and passed the final test. Employers will screen the candidate for selection. As per the client requirement, we help the student to complete the project.

Employer is hiring Mr. John for Cardiology Billing. Mr. John is association with Medesun Trainers will complete project work covering cardiology coding guidelines, cardiology billing, denial management, how to get authorization for cardiology procedures, NCCI, LCDs, Common errors that’s can be avoided, Denial Management etc.

Medesun trainers will work closely with john for project completion (7 days). If required, John can submit the project to the employer.

The project work is to make the candidate perfect in the subject.

If employer is not interested in the project work, Mr. John will complete the project assigned by the Medesun to get the certificate.
